I have three words for this item and they are listed above. This item is just beautiful. The stainless steel casing, the touch screen, the UI and the functionalities. Everything just stands out. What more can I say about it?

The stand is really useful. For watching video's but most of all for browsing if you have the iPad on your lap.
And the magnetic buttons is something that even Apple itself forgot on their original case (which,after you use it for a couple of weeks,opens itself)
It fits perfectly.
Cons : Only thing is, it's a bit smelly when you first open it. After a while it's ok.

The design is OK. My ipad can fit into the case easily. And take it out easily too. The magnet on the cover is an additional features which make the cover close easily.
Overall build is okay. Outer of the case give u a soft-touch feeling. While inside the ipad the case is harder. Built is totally ok , I will totally thumb up for this product.
